Security Questions

How do the security questions work?
To help further protect your business online, we’ll ask you to select four questions to answer. On occasion, we'll simply ask you to answer one of these questions as an extra verification of your identity as you log on.

As you select your questions and answers, please keep in mind whether other individuals are authorized to have access. If this is the case, they’ll need to be made aware of this information or they might be prevented from accessing the account.

Do I have to answer the security questions every time I log on?
It is very unlikely that anyone will have to answer security questions each time they log on. Everyone’s experience will be unique, however, and this is possible although not likely.

Can I change my security questions and answers after I set them up?
Yes. You can select new security questions and/or change your answers at any time. To do so, go to
Preferences and select User Preferences, find the Security section, and click Edit next to security questions.

Do the security questions affect my UserID and password?
No. Your UserID and password remain the same, and the security questions do not affect how you use them.

What if I forget the answer to one of my questions?
